Rainbow Wedding Chapel works hard to make every ceremony fast, simple, and stress-free. The terms below explain how booking deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled so you can plan with confidence.
Booking Deposit
A $25 Weekday Retainer and a $50 Saturday Retainer are non-refundable and are required to secure the ceremony date and time.
Cancellation Notice — 90+ Days
If written cancellation is received more than 90 days before the wedding date, all payments, excluding the retainer, will be refunded.
Cancellation Notice — Less Than 60 Days
Cancellations made within 60 days of the ceremony date result in 100% of the total, contracted fees being non-refundable.
Rescheduling
If the couple needs to postpone, the Rainbow Wedding Chapel will allow one date transfer to an available date within 6 months.
No-Show / Same-Day Cancellation
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours or if a “no-show” occurs.
Chapel Cancellation
Should the venue be forced to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disaster, emergency), 100% of all paid fees, excluding the retainer, will be refunded.
